In the "Community" menu you can creat groups, start a discussion, start your own blog and much more.  Just put your mouse on the Community tab and see all that you can do.

My Stuff

The "My Stuff" menu tab is where you can check and change your profile information or picture, see a list of the groups you belong too, create photo albums and much more.
